About Radiator Service
A five-decade long journey that began as Browns Thermal Engineering (Pvt) Ltd (BTEL) started with the first generation automotive radiator manufacturing in Sri Lanka. Yet another industry pioneer, BTEL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Browns and the only large-scale manufacturer of heat exchanges in Sri Lanka. Apart from manufacturing and distributing RADCO radiators and other products, BTEL provides the below mentioned services through its island wide network.
Copper & Brass Radiators
1. Fabricating and fixing new tank (top and bottom) of cars/vans/lorries/buses
2. Removing, cleaning, re-fixing copper and brass radiator of cars/vans/lorries/buses
3. Repairing neck leaks of cars/van/lorries/buses
4. Fixing old tanks to a new radiator core
Aluminum and Plastics Radiators
1. Removing, cleaning, re-fixing aluminum plastics radiators of cars/vans/lorries/buses
2. Replacing tanks of aluminum radiators of cars/vans/lorries/buses
3. Fixing reconditioned radiators (all type of vehicles)
Fabrication
RADCO has the capacity and expertise to service, re-core and manufacture any given brand or model of any automotive radiator in Sri Lanka. Due to the availability of brands such as Caterpillar, Cummins, FG Wilsons, Komatsu and several other makes of Generators/ Earth Moving Equipment radiators.
Repairs
The Repairs and Modifications Service looks into necessary repairs and modifications advised by the client or recommendations of the RADCO Technical Team
After-care-services
The company is highly reputed among its loyal customers for providing premium quality after-care services. Therefore we offer 12 months service warranty. Moreover, the Company’s value added maintenance services are steadfast and cost worthy whilst especially being flexible to customer requirements as well as paying heed to customer feedback.
