5 - year warranty will activate once you sign the service contract with the company after the 1 year or when you complete the 3 free services.

- How the Supply-Only Warranty Works
With the new Supply-Only Warranty, customers can choose to install their Sharp ZTEP AC units using a freelance technician. If any issues arise during the 1-year warranty period, customers simply need to bring the faulty unit or part to Electronics Care. Our service team will handle the repair or replacement of the relevant components, ensuring customer satisfaction.
