There was a non-executive salesperson at the Darley Road outlet who provided me with excellent service today when I visited to purchase a grass-cutting machine. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name.

Its does what it says it does. Starts easily , worked for 3 hours with 1 liter of petrol , still got some left in the tank. there is a strong vibration felt when working long hours and its quite heaver than a on stick engine model I had ealier. Other than that no problems so far, assemly was easy too. all the tools are there in the box, becareful when you try to remove the blade with the given wrench because the bolt really gets stuck and the short wrench can slip and you can get cut hand hitting the blade. Use a box-spanner to remove the nut and you will be fine. Great product !
