Free installation within 3 meters (distance between indoor and outdoor units). If the unit distance exceeds 3 meters, an extra charge will be quoted for inspecting the site where the AC needs to be installed.

1-year trusted Browns warranty for the unit & 5-year warranty for compressor + 3 free services.

5 -  year warranty will activate once you sign the service contract with the company after the 1 year or when completing the 3 free services.

The Air Conditioner should be installed within one week of purchase. If the customer delays the installation, the installation chargers will cost additional. (The Installation chargers will be re-considered with the installation date.)

  Our new Supply-Only Warranty provides the flexibility to install your Unit using a freelance technician of your choice. Under this 1-year warranty, if any issues occur, simply bring the faulty unit or part to Electronics Care. Our expert service team will repair or replace the necessary components to ensure your unit is back in top shape.

  Note: Every unit comes complete with a 3-meter piping kit and connecting wire included in the package.
